Pricing depends on size, switch count and options. The quote is the real number. Standard lead time for custom panels is 3 to 4 weeks, and expedite options are available.

How it works

Share the space

Photos of the helm from the front and the back, overall dimensions of the opening, and your list of circuits. A phone photo with a tape measure in it is enough.

Design and quote

We send a quote with a first layout within a few days. We will ask about things you may not have thought of, like a spare circuit or where the bilge switch should sit.

Approve the drawing

A scaled drawing with every label spelled out, every switch and breaker placed. Change anything. Approve it when it is right.

Build and ship

Cut, etched, assembled and tested. Packed with a cutting template if your opening changed. Tracking number by email.

Materials and options

Panel material. Black or white acrylic for backlit, laser etched labels. King Starboard where you want a matte, no glare surface. Polycarbonate for the hardest use.

Label style. Laser etched labels glow when the panel lights are on and never wear off. UV printed labels allow color and icons and cost a little less.

Switches. Carling Contura rockers are standard, with your choice of actuator color and LED. Push buttons, key switches and momentary switches for horns and windlasses are available.

Circuit protection. Push to reset breakers next to each switch, or a fuse block on the back. We will recommend one based on how you use the boat.

Mounting. Face mount with stainless screws, or stud mount for a clean front. Flush or proud, depending on your dash.

Extras. USB charging ports, 12V outlets, gauge cutouts, dimmers, battery monitors and NMEA 2000 drops can all live on the same panel.

What helps most

  • Photos of the front and back of the current panel
  • Width and height of the opening, in inches
  • Your switch list, in the order you want them
  • Boat make, model and year
  • What bugs you about the current setup
