Shipping policy

We ship anywhere in the United States.

Panels and finished products. Custom panels, stock switch panels, helm pods and electrical boxes ship from our shop in Salem, Massachusetts by UPS Ground in a rigid box. Stock products ship within three to five business days. Custom panels ship on the schedule in your quote, usually two to three weeks after you approve the drawing, or three to five weeks for wired and labeled panels. You will get a tracking number by email when it ships.

Components. Components ship directly from our distributor's warehouse, usually the same or next business day. Shipping on components orders is $9.95 for orders under $50, $12.95 for orders from $50 to $150, and free on orders over $150. Heavy, oversized and hazardous items may carry an additional charge, which is shown at checkout before you pay.

Mixed orders. If your order has both a panel and components, they ship separately from their two locations and you will get a tracking number for each.

Alaska, Hawaii and territories. We ship there too. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Local pickup. Local to the North Shore? Choose pickup at checkout and we will email you when it is ready.
