Projects
Panels we have built, on the boats they were built for. Every one started as a photo and a list of circuits. Tap any photo to see it full size.

Before and after
The old panel was faded and the labels were long gone. We measured the opening, kept the footprint, and built a new black panel with backlit labeled rockers and push to reset breakers.
Wood and backlit
Sixteen switches in one wood panel, etched and backlit to suit the boat's classic wheel and trim. The harness was built and labeled on the bench before it ever went aboard.
Full helm rebuild
A new dash panel drawn around two large displays, cut on our CNC, test fit, then finished with a full row of switches under the glass and a matching overhead box.
Electronics layout
Two Garmin displays set flush in one panel above a full row of gauges and switches. It started as a pencil sketch with the measurements written on it.
Bench to boat
A rocker panel with a built in phone charger and a red emergency switch, made to sit right under the Garmin.
Center console
Displays, switches and breakers brought together in one black panel, so the helm reads clean in daylight and at night.
Fabrication
A formed pod for a pair of displays, built and finished in the shop, then mounted at the helm.
Console and radios
Drawn on screen first, then cut with clean openings for the radios and displays.
Center console
A cleaner console layout with the electronics and switches where the captain actually reaches for them.
Wood trimmed helm
A wood helm panel holding the display and controls, finished to match the rest of the bridge.
On the bench
Stock panels, switch boxes and one offs, built and tested on the bench before they ship.
Beyond panels
The same etching and backlighting we use on panels, applied to signs, displays and gear.
Send a few photos and a switch list to get a drawing started.
