Refund policy

Stock products and components. Return within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging, for a refund to your original payment method. Email info@pbboatworks.com with your order number and we will send a return label. Return shipping is deducted from the refund unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong part, in which case we cover it.

Custom panels. Custom panels are built to the drawing you approved, so they are not returnable. If a panel arrives damaged, or does not match the approved drawing, tell us within 7 days and we will make it right at no charge. If you find a mistake in the drawing after approval but before we cut, call us and we will fix it. Once a panel is cut, changes are a new panel.

Components shipped from our distributor. Same 30 day window. Some items, including opened electrical components and anything hazmat, cannot be returned once opened. We will tell you before you ship it back.

Refunds post within 5 to 10 business days of the return arriving.
