Questions we get a lot
How long does a custom panel take?
Standard lead time for custom panels is 3 to 4 weeks. Expedite options are available if you are working against a date. Wood panels and logos on wood take longer, and we will give you a date with your quote. Stock products ship within a few days.
Do you install panels?
Yes. We can install your panel, so you know the job was done right and you can enjoy the upgrade hassle free. If you already have an installer or marina you trust, we will coordinate with them, and a wired and labeled panel makes their job easier.
Can you match my existing cutout?
Yes. That is the replacement panel option. Send the opening dimensions and a photo and we size to it, including the screw holes if you want to reuse them.
Do I need to send my old panel?
Usually not. Good measurements and photos are enough. For an odd shape, mailing the old panel or a cardboard template is the surest way.
Can you put my boat's logo or name on the panel?
Yes. We laser engrave and backlight logos, boat names and custom artwork on acrylic and wood panels. Send the artwork with your project details.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States. Panels ship UPS in a rigid box. Components ship directly from our distributor's warehouse, usually the same or next business day.
What about returns?
Stock products and components can come back within 30 days unused. Custom panels are built to your approved drawing, so they are not returnable, which is why we are picky about getting the drawing right.
Can you source a part that is not on the site?
Almost always. Send the part number or a photo and we will quote it.
Do you offer commercial pricing?
Yes, for marinas, mobile techs, builders and other commercial customers. Email info@pbboatworks.com to set up a commercial account.
